Patrick founded McNeff Commercial Real Estate in 1984 and has been active in the commercial real estate market since 1972. Prior to founding McNeff Commercial, he led the Dallas/Fort Worth office of a major national mortgage lender and later served as Vice President for Hunt Properties in the early 1980s, managing the parent company's private pension fund, a real estate portfolio in excess of $100 million, and participating in the development of office, retail and industrial properties throughout Texas, Oklahoma, California and Alaska.
Pat has extensive and in‐depth experience in all aspects of commercial real estate through more than 30 years engaged in property joint venture partnerships, project development, mortgage financing, construction management, consulting, brokerage, property management and leasing.
Pat, a Dallas native, obtained his BBA from the University of Texas at Austin and his MBA degree from Southern Methodist University. His professional affiliations include membership in the NAR, TAR, NTCAR, Broker & Developers Committee of the Richardson Chamber of Commerce, and North Texas CCIM Chapter. He is a past president of the Dallas Young Mortgage Bankers Association and served for over ten years on the Board of Management for Town North YMCA. Pat has been married for over 50 years to his wife Kay, and they have two adult children and two grandchildren.
Greg joined McNeff Commercial Real Estate in May 1990. Greg has been active in the commercial real estate industry since 1986 and has lived in the Dallas area for more than 35 years. He has in‐ depth expertise in office, retail and industrial leasing, as well as acquisition, disposition and property management. Greg has represented many national and regional firms, such as Kaiser Permanente, AAA, Maaco Paint & Body, Chief Auto Parts, Darling Homes and a host of national retailers in build‐to‐suit negotiations as well as purchase or lease of existing facilities.
Greg, a native Texan, obtained his BBA with a specialty in Real Estate from the University of Texas at Arlington in 1986. He has been licensed as a Texas Real Estate Agent since 1986 and is affiliated with NTCAR. Greg participates regularly in numerous local networking groups, comprised of other real estate professionals and business leaders active in the greater Dallas area. Greg volunteered for several years and served on the Board of the Dallas Junior Chamber of Commerce. Greg has been with the love of his life, Jayne, for more than 25 years.
Ann joined McNeff Commercial Real Estate in July 1991 as a senior accountant and property operations specialist. Ann has been active in commercial real estate since 1986, with specific expertise in accounting, tenant relations, vendor contracting and construction management. Prior to joining McNeff Commercial, Ann was Assistant Property Manager at Henry S. Miller/Grubb & Ellis, responsible for owner/tenant relations, financial reporting, lease administration, oversight of property maintenance, and vendor contracts for a diverse commercial portfolio of nearly one million SF.
Ann’s expertise comes from intense hands‐on experience with all facets of property operations and financial reporting. Under her oversight, McNeff Commercials monthly financial reporting packages are among the most straightforward and easy to read reports in the industry. Ann’s relentless pursuit of excellence in service, her commitment to detail and clear and direct communication skills are highly regarded by long‐term clients as well as tenants. Ann has been with the love of her life, Brad, for more than 20 years and has two adult daughters and three grandchildren.
Clint joined McNeff Commercial Real Estate in April 2005. Prior to joining McNeff Commercial, Clint was a Senior Analyst at MCI, responsible for remediation and compliance during MCI’s emergence from bankruptcy court. During his tenure, Clint was instrumental in ensuring that MCI exceeded industry benchmarks for achieving Sarbanes Oxley compliance in less than one year. Prior to MCI, Clint spent several years in the technology arena with Nortel Networks, Ericsson and EDS.
Due to his extensive and in‐depth experience with technology and information systems, Clint keeps McNeff Commercial at the technology forefront in property management, from updating software and hardware applications, to ensuring that each property operates as efficiently as possible from a physical standpoint through energy efficient building systems. Clint obtained his BBA in Finance from the University of Oklahoma in 1997. Prior to graduation, Clint attended the Oxford Studies Program in Oxford, England and studied at the University of Clermont Ferrand in France. Clint is avid runner and car enthusiast. He has been married to his wife Kelly for more than 20 years and they have two children.
Brittany joined McNeff Commercial Real Estate in December 2017 as a property manager. Prior to joining McNeff Commercial, Brittany was a General Manager in the restaurant industries with 12 years’ experience in management. She attended Blinn College in College Station, Texas prior to her management tenure. Brittany’s previous management experience provides an excellent foundation to commercial real estate management. She brings excellent leadership skills and years of management experience to McNeff. Brittany is an extremely hard worker and is always up to any challenge. She has been married to her husband Charlie for more than 12 years and together they have three wonderful children.
