
Patrick J. McNeff - President
Patrick J. McNeff, President founded McNeff Commercial Real Estate in 1984 and has been
active in the commercial real estate market since 1972. Prior to founding McNeff Commercial,
he led the Dallas/Fort Worth office of a major national mortgage lender and later served
as Vice President for Hunt Properties in the early 1980s, managing the parent company's
private pension fund, a real estate portfolio in excess of $100 million, and participating in the
development of office, retail and industrial properties throughout Texas, Oklahoma, California
and Alaska.
Pat has extensive and in-depth experience in all aspects of commercial real estate through
more than 30 years engaged in property joint venture partnerships, project development,
mortgage financing, construction management, consulting, brokerage, property management
and leasing.
Pat, a Dallas native, obtained his BBA from the University of Texas at Austin and his MBA
degree from Southern Methodist University. His professional affiliations include membership
in the NAR, TAR, NTCAR, Broker & Developers Committee of the Richardson Chamber of
Commerce, and North Texas CCIM Chapter. He is a past president of the Dallas Young
Mortgage Bankers Association and served for over ten years on the Board of Management for
Town North YMCA. Pat has been married for 39 years to his wife Kay, and they have two adult
children and two grandchildren.
